ABOUT US

WHY US

We Deliver Resiliency to Employees When They Need It Most

We partner in assuring your team’s wellbeing. We recognize that an employee’s problems affect productivity and work problems affect home life. Our mission is to resolve a troubled employee’s issues, manage the most effective treatment choices, and to monitor their progress for the most successful outcome. We also can help train your team how to effectively provide support internally and inform your employees about the vital support we offer.

CorpCare has thousands of licensed professionals nationwide, with 24/7 access and complete confidentiality. Additionally, CorpCare can assist with international employee locations as needed.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aids by helping to clarify, redirect and consider helpful options. Assisting your employees in achieving their personal goals is our purpose. EAP is provided as a benefit at no cost to help resolve personal or work-related problems that might interfere with productivity. With our EAP, help is immediate, and interruptions are minimized.

OUR LEADERSHIP

CorpCare is proudly family owned. For 30 years EAP has been a personal mission, and we have expanded our reach globally as a result. Most importantly, we give back to our profession as leaders.

Our Founder, George W. Martin, Jr., M.Div., MA, has conducted EAP services for a variety of corporations, hospitals, legal associations, veterinary associations, manufacturers, and law enforcement agencies since 1986. He has served on the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) as president of the board and is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).

His team is equally involved in continuing to improve the quality of EAP for HR professionals, brokers, healthcare providers, associations and small businesses.
