ABOUT US

WHY US

We Deliver Resiliency to Employees When They Need It Most

It should NOT be about just checking the box to say your company has an EAP. Your employees’ behavioral health is way too important. When you have that challenging employee situation come to your attention, and it will, who do you trust to help you think through the best solution? This is why CorpCare is different. We talk with you about the situation. We help you think through the solutions. We help take that burden and put it in the hands of the right individuals to support that employee back to being better.

CorpCare’s nationwide network of licensed providers has been enhanced by our partnership with Betterhelp to allow your employees access to completely confidential care via face-to-face, telephone, video or chat counseling. Don’t just check the box. CorpCare is an EAP provider you can trust and partner with for the challenging employee situations that come your way.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aids by helping to clarify, redirect and consider helpful options. Assisting your employees in achieving their personal goals is our purpose. EAP is provided as a benefit at no cost to help resolve personal or work-related problems that might interfere with productivity. With our EAP, help is immediate, and interruptions are minimized.

OUR LEADERSHIP

CorpCare is proudly family owned. For over 30 years EAP has been a personal mission, and we have expanded our reach globally as a result. Most importantly, we give back to our profession as leaders.

Our Founder, George W. Martin, Jr., M.Div., MA, has conducted EAP services for a variety of corporations, hospitals, legal associations, veterinary associations, manufacturers, and first responders since 1986. He has served on the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) as president of the board and is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).

His team is equally involved in continuing to improve the quality of EAP for HR professionals, brokers, healthcare providers, associations and small businesses.
